The Gypsies List: A “Sosyal” Fine Dining experience

A luxurious fine dining treat for recognition of hard work.

About Fine Dining

I have been part of the support group for the last 4 years and I can say that it is not an easy job. Deadlines, preparation, abrupt request, event/visit set-up which requires perfection at its finest, name it we have it, all of this is for us to have a successful event/visit and we are thankful for the management that they recognized our efforts. But yesterday was a different story because we just had the best recognition that I have experienced so far.

Checking the gypsies list: A luxurious dinner in a fine dining restaurant at Bondi and Bourke. Yahoo!!!

“Bondi&Bourke is an oasis where guests can enjoy a quintessential Modern Australian dining experience, headed by award-winning chef, Wade Watson. In its bright and airy guise, the restaurant offers a bespoke menu featuring some of Australia’s favourite dishes.”

Our Client services manager, Ricco, treat our team to dinner. Everyone was excited.

When we arrive at the restaurant, Ricco and some of our colleagues went inside the restaurant right away. But Ian, Dro and I had a mini photo shoot first outside. When we went inside, the place is a mixture of classy and cozy ambiance. Diners are formal and posh, a very opposite of us, but of course we act as if we are one of them. (artista mode on)

When all the other guests left the restaurant and some of our colleagues went out for a smoke, we then explore the area (except for the 2nd floor) and took lots of photos in each and every corner of the place for our social responsibilities. (FB/Insta).

#BondiandBourkeDavao is a two-storey building in Pelayo street. It has a mini bar on the side and a spacious alfresco area. The food is sumptuous and heavy on the stomach. Since it is an Australian restaurant the meals mostly are served with mashed potatoes. (no rice for me that night *sobs*)

Kudos for this awesome “sosyal” fine dining experience.

To more recognition of hard work. (laughs)

Thank you, Ricco, for being so generous to all of us.
